The QM center in Shanghai collects all information from customers (URS) and ensures that they are transferred transparently to the engineering department of our factory until a final approved design is reached.

All Rotech equipment is manufactured according to the URS and in compliance with CGMP requirements (pharmaceutical customers only). Domestic electrical requirements are always reviewed and watched to avoid the use of transformers (380V, 3 Phase, 50Hz European configuration and 220 or 440v, 3 phase, 60hz in North American configuration). The use of worldwide accepted components that are locally available is a normal procedure (adopting Siemens, Festo, Schneider, Omron, Alfa Laval, Grundfos, Edwards, SEW, Wilo, Copeland, Burkert and ABB components).

Rotech also standardizes all the documents that come with the equipment regarding to qualification according to the ICH standards of each manufacturer (URS, DQ, FAT, IQ, OQ and SAT), including in site operations upon customers' requests. At present, Rotech focuses on P.A.T. (Process Analytical Technology) research, development and implementation.
