Structure of Tank Body: Total SS tank body without dead corner in the tank, with deep-aerating air pipe and gas distributing ring; 4 movable baffles; sample valve and discharge valve special for fermentation tank; long strip of sight glass with wide visual angle; with sockets for standard temperature, PH,DO sensors;

Structure of Tank Cap: 1 charging mouth, 1 mouth of safety inspection lamp; 5 thread joints at international standard include: 3 universal feeding joints, 1 defoaming electrode joint and 1 air outlet joint (with air outlet condenser);

Structure of Jacket: adopt optimized thread guide-plate design, prevent imbalance of heat transfer or short circuit of heat-exchange medium in the jacket and increase the efficiency of heat exchange;

Surface Treatment: mirror polishment of inner and outer surfaces, polishment precision<Ra0.4; all weld seams are smooth and unabrasive (according to international standard)

Stirring System

Adopt dire ct-connected mechanical upper stirring system;

Motor:  DC motor with wide range and low noise, power 0.4 KW;

Mechanical Seal:  single side face mechanical seal from American John Crane;

Stirring Paddle: standard 3-level and 6-flat-leaf paddle special for fermentation, height of paddle leaves can be adjusted (can require for changing different types of stirring paddles according to different requirements of fermentation technique); push-type mechanical defoaming paddle with harrow

3.1

Air Pipeline

Air Pre-filter: 316 SS polished casing, filtering core, material: hydrophobic PTFE film, filtering accuracy: 0.1μm, air flow 0.05m3/min

Air Fine-filter (sterilization filter): 316 SS polished casing, filtering core, material: hydrophobic PTFE film, filtering accuracy: 0.01μm, air flow 0.05m3/min

Spinner Flowmeter: LZJ/LZB Series air Flowmeter; manual control range of flow: 200~2000L/h;

Valves: all adopt 304 and 316 SS ball valves and  diaphragm valves

Pipelines: all adopt 304 and 316 SS polishing pipes
